Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, high-volume periods, address verification, or unexpected inventory delays.

Estimated delivery

After processing, standard delivery within the United States generally takes:

5–7 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free unless a different shipping charge is clearly shown during checkout.

Expedited services, when available, may cost extra.

Address changes

Review your address carefully before submitting your order.

Contact support@mattrap.co immediately if you entered an incorrect address. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Customers may be responsible for costs associated with incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

Delivered but not received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your property and with household members.
  2. Check with neighbors or building management.
  3. Allow 24–48 hours because carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier.
  5. Contact us at support@mattrap.co if you still need assistance.

We are not responsible for theft or loss after a carrier confirms delivery to the address entered during checkout, but we will try to help you investigate.

Lost packages

Contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that the package is lost.

We may require confirmation from the carrier before offering a replacement or refund.

Damaged shipments

Email support@mattrap.co promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • A description of the damage

Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

You may receive more than one tracking number.

International shipping

Option A: We currently ship only within the United States.

Option B: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. Customers are responsible for those charges unless stated otherwise during checkout.
